About Trish

Pilates Nailsea

My name is Trish and I started working in the fitness industry over 20 years ago qualifying as an Exercise to Music teacher. I continued my professional development by training with Modern Pilates and STOTT PILATES® including specialist Pilates equipment training. I presently teach several mat work classes a week as well as working with clients on a one to one basis in my private studio. I also enjoy teaching Fitness and Zumba classes l Love nothing more than moving to music working hard and having fun.  Keeping myself fit and healthy has always been very impotant to me and I really enjoy helping other people to do the same.  I have a particular interest in how people can be helped to integrate Pilates into their daily lives. I hope that my love and enthusiasm for this great method of exercise will help to inspire you and enable you to make changes within yourself so you too can experience the amazing benefits it can bring.

I believe passionately in continuous professional development attending training days, master-classes and workshops regularly to improve my knowedge and skills.
