About Trish & Katherine

We are mother and daughter team, Trish and Katherine. Between us we have over 20 years teaching experience in the fitness industry.




TRISH: I started out teaching ‘Aerobics’ and ‘Body Conditioning’. I then furthered my training to incorporate Pilates with ‘Modern Pilate’s and ‘STOTT PILATES®’, including specialist Pilates equipment training (see below) Besides Pilates I enjoy teaching other fitness and Zumba classes. I Loves nothing more than moving to music, working hard and having fun.  Keeping fit and healthy has always been very important to me and I really enjoy helping other people do the same.  I have a particular interest in how people can be helped to integrate Pilates into their daily lives. I hope that my love and enthusiasm for this great method of exercise will help to inspire you and enable you to make changes within yourself so you too can experience the amazing benefits it can bring.

KATHERINE: I have always loved to move and so I trained to be a professional dancer. I also trained to teach dance (ballet, tap & modern) and made the transition over to the ‘fitness industry’ after retiring from full time dance. I began with Zumba and always knew that Pilates was going to come next. I had loved being by mum’s side when she trained and learning from her. I initially trained with ‘STOTT PILATES®’ and then with ‘APPI’ incorporating the mat work and specialist equipment. Besides teaching , I also absolutely love Aerial Silks. Allowing people to discover a passion for movement with me, gives me so much joy.

We believe passionately in continuous professional development, attending training days, master-classes and workshops regularly to improve our knowledge and skills.
